 Position Summary


The Administrator is responsible for administration of Center offices in Uttarakhand and Uttar Pradesh.


Location: Rishikesh, Haridwar, Devprayag, Joshimath (in Uttarakhand). Frequent travel required, once lockdown/pandemic policies permit.

Location: Uttarakhand and Uttar Pradesh (Rishikesh, Haridwar,Devprayag, Vrindavan and Varanasi)


Reporting to: State Co-ordinator




For Assistant: 10,000 to 25,000 Per month (Salary will commensurate with experience)


For Manager: Best in Industry as per experience of 3-6 yrs



  • Establish, implement and oversee administrative and financial policies and procedures in Center offices.

  • Oversee coordination of procurement of all goods and services.

  • Coordinate maintenance and upkeep of Center offices

  • Identifying, developing & maintaining local / outstation vendor base for obtaining timely procurement of materials at favourable terms to ensure smooth operations.

  • Assist in preparing procurement plans, vendor analysis, purchase order follow up, supply systems, quality checks, and settlements.

  • Oversee timely processing of payments, personnel salaries, and submission of expense reports

  • Negotiate, supervise and coordinate vendor contracts and payments across state offices.

  • Additional duties may be assigned on an as-needed basis

  • Any other duties assigned by supervisor


  • knowledge of Excel, Word and Tally software,

  • To effectively manage the performance of the team and conduct performance appraisal of the team members.

  • 10+2 or Equivalent Degree in related area
