coordination with the COP, lead the air quality mitigation
component of the project with both technical leadership and
operational support, including planning and implementation;
ensuring clarity over plans and priorities, and encourage
with stakeholders as serve a project’s lead officer responsible
for identifying and building working relationships with local
scientific, community, policy, private sector, and other partners
to collaborate with in developing the air quality program.

degree required (Ph.D. degree preferred) in environmental
science, environmental policy, public health engineering or
