Position: Asia Pacific DigitalBCG Accelerator System and Platinion HR Specialist

What You'll Do:

Onboarding and Integration (50%)

  • Be the handover point of contact from the recruiters gathering required documentation as well as nuanced knowledge from the interview and hiring process

  • Project manage with local HR system teams to ensure a smooth and seamless onboarding process tapping into the system resources

  • Prepare integration materials and touch points for hires based on their role and IPA affiliation

  • Understand development needs of the new hires and ensure that these are well documented and followed up on in the onboarding

  • Prepare people update slides for monthly all staff meetings and provide input into global communications

  • Maintain Microsites for Onboarding with the latest information

  • Maintain DAS/PLA email distribution lists

L&D Planning, Support and Coordination (40%)

  • Liaise with Experts in DBCG to organize internal learning webinars

  • Ensure learners are enrolling and completing relevant certifications

  • Maintain a Learning Dashboard that can be shared with Leadership

  • Collect nominations for external training programs and send to Vendors

  • Ensure pipeline of eligible candidates is sent for Regional and WW L&D Programs for Core Programs

  • Ensure eligible candidates participate in local system L&D programs

  • Send well designed communications and updates on L&D

 Meeting support as required (10%)

  • Setting up skeleton decks for regular team meetings

  • Organizing and maintaining the team Egnyte site

Experience & Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree with 4-5 yrs of professional experience, preferably in a professional services firm, and/or demonstrated coordination /execution of complex tasks

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and One Note

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Functional expertise in onboarding, L&D, and project management

  • Customer-centric attitude that ensures new joiners and learners have an amazing experience
