Job Description

This Asia Pacific regional role will support projects that improve the employee value proposition for our digital consultants, it will also support capacity management of the digital teams.

You will join the DAS (DigitalBCG Accelerator System) and Platinion HR operations team, but your remit may extend beyond those two business units, depending on the project scope. DAS and Platinion are comprised of 250 consultants with varying degree of specialization in digitally associated capabilities. We are set up as one region but with strong respect for the local nuances of the 6 geographies we operate in.

Job Responsibilities

You will support DAS and Platinion people transformation projects that strengthen the Employee Value Proposition. Whilst there are some recurring initiatives, this scope will evolve as changes appear on the horizon.

In general, we expect you to:

  • Collect inputs, do analysis, and interpret data from multiple sources and build hypotheses

  • Prepare review material for discussions with the business leadership team

  • Help prepare action and stakeholder communication plans for the projects at hand

Specific projects currently in scope:

  • Platinion PEOPLE engagement survey feedback analysis and action steps

  • HR management system transition project

  • Career Development system transition project

  • Define a campus program for Platinion (associated positioning, L&D required, career framework extended), effectively allowing us to hire at Level 0.

Capacity management and reporting

  • You will serve as the DAS and Platinion point of contact for questions regarding capacity and ensure that our record keeping is up to date and accurate.

  • You will liaise with the Business Manager/HRBPs, the finance team and the recruiting team to ensure that recruiting slots are clearly numbered using the numbering methodology and all slots are accounted for and match the finance records, and that the recruiting status of those roles is well documented.

  • You will provide updates on the population as well as new hires with regards to key HR KPIs such as diversity, attrition, etc.

  • You will work serve as a gatekeeper and support to the recruiters for offers to be extended, ensuring offers are against approved slots and aligned with commensurate offer terms.

Education Qualification &Experience

  • BA/BS or Master degree ex. MBA plus 5-7 years of professional experience in HR within a service-oriented company

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and One Note

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Demonstrable track record in creating and reviewing content across multiple channels, interpreting data and building hypotheses.
