FRHS India is the No. 1 provider of Clinical Family Planning services in private and non-profit sector in the country. We provide quality family planning and safe and legal abortion services to women in need, through multiple channels that comprise of our own clinics, clinical outreach teams and public sector support to Government facilities. We are currently working in the states of Rajasthan, Bihar and Uttar Pradesh in Public Private Partnership (PPP) with state governments. In 2020, our teams directly provided family planning choices and quality services to over 146,425 clients that delivered a Couple Year Protection (CYP) of over 1.79 million.

JOB SUMMARY:

To support the State Program Manager in planning, implementing and execution of all project activities in the assigned project areas of Rajasthan. Effective management and smooth running of project operations in the assigned districts of Rajasthan.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Project Management:

• Assist State Program Manager in the planning, implementation and monitoring of project activities in the state including providing supportive supervision to the field teams.
• Develop and keep a regular track of all databases (program numbers, human resources), meetings at state and district level as per project requirement. Maintain the minutes of the meetings and participate wherever required.
• Maintain strong relationships with different stakeholders and partners of the project including government, medical colleges, referral hospitals.
• Assist State Program Manager in reviewing deliverables of the project team on a periodic basis.
• Lead analysis of program data and preparation of preparing Monthly /Quarterly/Yearly KPI and reports and ensure timely submission.
• Documentation & dissemination of case studies, reports and other good practices from time to time.
• Identifying training needs on a regular basis and subsequently coordination of training and communication events to meet those needs.
• Ensure proper supply of stationary, consumables, items, equipment & other materials to project team members in collaboration with procurement team.
• Manage the stocks of all consumable (medical, stationary etc.) at state and district level offices and ensure submission of timely reports of the same
• To support and plan any other activities as per the program requirement.
• This role is required to spend up to 50% of time traveling to districts.

Project Accounting :
• Lead the fund reimbursement process by ensuring all the files are submitted on time and ensuring necessary follow us at the state and district level
• Support to districts in preparation and timely submission of cash flow requests

Communication :

• Effectively communicates relevant project information to seniors and to subordinates
• Supports the PCs and other staff by resolving and/or escalating the issues faced in a timely fashion.
• Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully.
• Representation of FRHSI in workshops and conferences.

Team Management:
• Facilitate greater interaction between the entire district team through monthly meetings and other need based meeting.
• Keeps track of lessons learned and shares those lessons with team members.
• Mitigates team conflict and communication problems.
• Plans and facilitates regular team activities outside of the office.

Data Management & Reporting:

• Monthly camp schedule : Compilation of FDS schedule and submission to state office
• Tour plan: Prepare & discuss fortnightly tour plan with Line Manager and submit the final plan.
• Post Camp Report: compiled regional report of post FDS numbers of the day of his/her zone
• Monthly Action Plan: Submit monthly action plan along with last month update to line manager to show the accomplishments of the month.
• Monthly Regional Progress Report: monthly compilation of district progress reports of the region.
• Timely and regular reporting : Follow all set timelines to ensure timely reporting

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Post Graduate with health care experience/PG (Sociology/Social work / MBA (Healthcare).
• At least 5-7 years of experience in out of which 4 years in healthcare sector.
• Exposure to public health programs with implementation capabilities at district level assigned.
• Knowledge of sexual and reproductive healthcare (SRH) and Family planning (FP) services (desirable).
