registered not-for-profit organization operating since 2009. FRHS
India is an affiliate of Marie Stopes International (MSI), a
global organization providing personalized contraception and safe
abortion services to women and girls. MSI’s local teams of
professionals are passionate about the work they do in communities
across 37 countries. The high quality services we provide, give a
woman the power to choose if and when she has children so that
she’s free to pursue her plans and dreams for herself and her
family. Our mission is “Children by Choice, not Chance”.
India is the No. 1 provider of Clinical Family Planning services
in private and non-profit sector in the country. We provide
quality family planning and safe and legal abortion services to
women in need, through multiple channels that comprise of our own
clinics, clinical outreach teams and public sector support to
Government facilities. We are currently working in the states of
Rajasthan, Bihar and Uttar Pradesh in Public Private Partnership
(PPP) with state governments. In 2020, our teams directly provided
family planning choices and quality services to over 146,425
clients that delivered a Couple Year Protection (CYP) of over 1.79
It is a role requirement that the job holder
must fully comply with, promote and live FRHS India’s CORE
support the State Program Manager in planning, implementing and
execution of all project activities in the assigned project areas
of Rajasthan. Effective management and smooth running of project
operations in the assigned districts of Rajasthan.
Assist State Program Manager in the planning, implementation and
monitoring of project activities in the state including providing
supportive supervision to the field teams.
• Develop and
keep a regular track of all databases (program numbers, human
resources), meetings at state and district level as per project
requirement. Maintain the minutes of the meetings and participate
• Maintain strong relationships with
different stakeholders and partners of the project including
government, medical colleges, referral hospitals.
State Program Manager in reviewing deliverables of the project
team on a periodic basis.
• Lead analysis of program data
and preparation of preparing Monthly /Quarterly/Yearly KPI and
reports and ensure timely submission.
• Documentation &
dissemination of case studies, reports and other good practices
from time to time.
• Identifying training needs on a
regular basis and subsequently coordination of training and
communication events to meet those needs.
• Ensure proper
supply of stationary, consumables, items, equipment & other
materials to project team members in collaboration with
• Manage the stocks of all consumable
(medical, stationary etc.) at state and district level offices and
ensure submission of timely reports of the same

• This role is required to spend up to 50% of
time traveling to districts.
Project Accounting :
Lead the fund reimbursement process by ensuring all the files are
submitted on time and ensuring necessary follow us at the state
and district level
• Support to districts in preparation
and timely submission of cash flow requests
• Effectively communicates relevant project
information to seniors and to subordinates
• Supports the
PCs and other staff by resolving and/or escalating the issues
faced in a timely fashion.
• Understands how to communicate
difficult/sensitive information tactfully.
