NASSCOM is focused on building the architecture integral to the development of the IT BPM sector through policy advocacy, and help in setting up the strategic direction for the sector to unleash its potential and dominate newer frontiers.

Job Responsibilities

  • Managing Community / events from start to end - webinars, meets-ups, conferences etc.

  • Event development - deciding on strategy, topics, goals

  • Responsible for event success

  • Curating presenters / influencers / speakers / Sponsors and finalizing the event agenda

  • Setting a timeline and planning task deadlines

  • Assigning event roles and facilitating communication with stakeholders

  • Create event landing page with the help of website management, design, content, and marketing teams

  • Co-ordinate with the Marketing team and lead the promotional activities for the events (social media, email marketing, paid marketing etc.,)

  • Following brand guidelines for event web pages, registration forms, presentations etc.,

  • Running an event rehearsal to test technologies and address any concerns

  • Live stream the event on all social platforms

  • Post-event recording management, reporting, and analysis

  • Share the event attendees list with marketing and sales teams

  • Nurture event attendees through email marketing and share the hot leads with the sales team for further follow-up

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

  • Graduation / Post Graduation in Media / Mass communication etc.

  • Experience – Preferred 4+ related experience
