Location: Remote/ Delhi based
Founded in 2000, CREA is a feminist human rights
organization based in New Delhi, India. CREA works at community,
national, regional, and global levels and is one of the few
international feminist organizations based in the global South.
CREA focuses on building feminist leadership, strengthening
movements, expanding sexual and reproductive freedoms, promoting
rights- based approaches to reducing gender-based violence, and
advancing the human rights of ‘structurally excluded’

Overview and Role
CREA has experienced
significant growth. The number of programs, donors, grants has
increased significantly in the last two years.. There is a new
strategy in place that envisions larger impact. This will mean the
need for funds will be even higher. RD is also working to a
mobilisation strategy to support the organisation strategic plan.
The RD team is being expanded. CREA is also well
advanced towards a ‘talent primarylocation secondary’ model.
It is not necessary for the position to be based out of Delhi. It
is expected that every member in the RD team will be able to
manage significant responsibilities and can work without the need
for significant supervision. This position will report to the
Manager, Resource Development.
Resource Development Strategy :
Support Resource Development Manager with the selection and
organization of content for different aspects of the resource
• Research on prospective donors as
per the table of needs of the organization
• Manage donor
specific information/resource material, and strategic donor
focused dissemination, as required
• Curate donor oriented
communication materials such as topic specific briefs and power
• Support in rolling out the donor communication
strategy, especially with newsletters
• Support in
individual fundraising campaign, as needed
• Analyze call for proposals and share
key information with the RD team
• Provide writing support
for proposals and concept notes for new funding opportunities or
renewals, as required
• Coordinate with program and
finance team for proposal writing and other requirements of grant
• Create standard templates for proposals and
• Support collecting necessary information
and documents for grant applications
• Support drafting donor reports, as required
