Position:          Coordinator Social Innovation & Scaling

The Coordinator Social Innovation & Scaling will be between 30 and 35 years 

  • have a master’s in social sciences or related fields and 5-8 years of professional experience

  • be entrepreneurial with process sensitivity

  • be a fast learner, and a creative person

  • be a good communicator and writer in English

  • be self-managed and accountable for her/his roles and processes

  • possess excellent skills on IT tools for virtual collaboration

  • value diversity and collaboration

  • be passionate about social justice, strengthening Civil Society Organizations and want to go the extra mile to contribute to a team working on the forefront of innovation, leadership, and organizational change in civil society

The position will be based in New Delhi

 

Your Role: Coordinator Social Innovation & Scaling

 

Purpose:Bringing break-through solutions on social enterprise, citizen rights and democracy from idea to scale. 

 

Accountabilities

  • Assess and develop partnerships with “movers and shakers” for co-creation and co-scaling of solutions

  • Develop solution concepts and pitch decks for networking and fund-raising

  • Raise funding to maintain and expand the innovation portfolio  

  • Actively engage in fund-raising for the solutions

  • Maintain an overview of the solutions portfolio, its partnership and funding situation  

  • Develop and maintain a community of practice which consists of the members of the solution teams (currently around 30 people) 

  • Develop and maintain a toolbox for design thinking, agile and lean management, piloting and scaling 

  • Facilitate agile and lean ways of working

  • Building “scrum” and” lean” capacities across the solution teams 

  • Act as an interim scrum master for the solution teams to gradually strengthen the practice

  • Develop and maintain a network with innovators, other innovation support organisations, and donors
