About the Organization:

Azim Premji Foundation is a not-for profit organisation that has been working since 2000 with the elementary education system in rural government schools. The Foundation began by implementing various programmes to improve educational quality across the country. By 2010 however it became clear that working on a “project” mode was inadequate and it takes continuous effort over many decades for any deep-rooted change to happen. The primary goal of the Foundation is to contribute to a society that is “a just, equitable, humane and sustainable society” as envisaged in the Constitution of India.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan the digital content and strategy and its implementation, collaborating with the three Operating Units and their Communications teams.

  • Plan, direct and execute the digital communications campaigns and tactics – across all digital channels – social media platforms, web, email.

  • Manage the organisation's two websites, maintain and improve them, keeping best practices in mind.

  • Optimize content for the website and social media platforms - working with various content formats such as blogs, videos, audio podcasts, etc. Manage and improve the social media quotient for the institution’s handles.

  • Plan, monitor and execute all campaigns (web, Search Engine Optimisation/Marketing (SEO/SEM), database, email, social media and display advertising) using Google Ad Network, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn and Instagram. Customize messages for regular social media posting.

  • Track and measure the website traffic flow;leverage SEO, Google analytics; provide internal reports on a regular basis.

  • Implement and analyze performance metrics, measure and assess goals vis-à-vis Return on Investment (ROI)/Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), devise experiments and conversion tests.

  • Execute new and creative collaborations among technologies and platforms for best impact.

Eligibility:

  • Specialization in Communications/Marketing/Digital Marketing

  • Around 10 years communications/marketing experience with at least 5 in digital marketing

  • Experience of leading and managing a team of digital marketers
