In India, Jhpiego works across various states in close
collaboration with national and state governments, providing
technical assistance in the areas of family planning, maternal and
child health, strengthening human resources for health, and

Jhpiego is hiring for the position of
Documentation Associate based at Patna Bihar under its BMGF
supported CPHC strengthening project. The position will report to
the State Team Lead.The position will contribute to the
Documentation of Health and Wellness Center Program in Bihar.
• Work closely with
the project team to support and streamline the project’s
• Coordinate with the state and district
program teams and collect relevant information for ensuring timely
reporting including weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports
and any other donor requirement
• Coordinate with the
state program teams and collect relevant information to be
documented as success stories and case studies
in internal communications through ICO notes, Yammer (Internal
Social media platform) and other methods
• Coordinate and
maintain the repository of all materials to enable cross learning
• Support in develop high visibility
communication products such as audiovisual films, short video
commentaries for showcasing project’s work
• Support in
ideating and increasing the visibility of the project through
regular twitter posts, twitter campaigns and other new high
• Perform or assume other duties as
assigned by the supervisor
• Participate in building
capacity of staff in writing and reporting

MS Office (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), especially
working with styles and templates.
• Excellent writing
skills and have previous experience in similar tasks or report
writing and quality documentation
