health and family planning;
understanding of reproductive rights and gender equality
dimensions in policy and programme formulation, implementation
experience in coordinating/managing a multi-disciplinary team of
experts and consultants;
to communicate in a clear and articulated manner, on
technical and complex issues to different types of audiences;
ability to network within the health sector;
excellent interpersonal, negotiating, intercultural communication
skills and political acumen;
