Field Officer, Programs will be responsible for supporting Sr. Officer and Specialist Program in rollingout ChildFund India’s life stage program approach in the assigned geography/area/s. The position will support quality implementation of programs providing technical inputs and support on health and urban WASH activities.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Be responsible for implementing program plans, including coordinating with the health and urban WASH bodies, community based organizations and government departments/ officials in the urban slums, wards, and in the districts of the project area.
Be responsible for mobilization, identification, mapping, and execution of the health and urban WASH activities at ground and monitoring project activities and compliances at the field level.
Plan, organize, coordinate, and facilitate training programs and related activities for stakeholders and project staffs.
Contribute to designing and develop training materials as per project requirement.
Supervise and provide handholding support to Field Coordinators and community mobilizers on a regular basis in conducting training and implementing program activities, especially the community-based activities.
Support Field Coordinators and community mobilizers in ensuring supply and delivery of services as per program requirements.
Monitor and review implementation of program activities at the District and Block level on a day-to-day basis.
Establish strong connect and visit gram panchayats and villages - as per program requirements and to ensure effective implementation of the program activities.
Be responsible for facilitating monthly review of the project team, reporting and documentation, MIS, facilitate rapid assessments, IEC/ IPC/ SBCC and project evaluations.
Any other responsibilities as assigned by the Line Manager.

Remuneration – Rs. 4,95,163 / - per annum ((approx.), based on the salary history of the candidate, subject to taxation and other deductions, as applicable).
