running Anandshala program across 996 Govt schools of Samastipur
District. In April 2018, the program has expanded to Deoghar,
Jharkhand as part of Dasra Education Collaborative and the
programme is being implemented with the support of two local
partner NGOs having Quest playing the role of technical support
and funding. The main objective of this program is to make the

position will support the operationalization of the donor budgets,
performance tracking on spends and lead compilation of financial
reports for donors and for Quest Alliance. The person will lead
the finance and administration system and processes for Bihar and
Jharkhand and will take key decisions for growth and compliances.
The person will mentor, guide and oversee the work of the
administration and finance team based out of Bihar and Jharkhand
and will closely collaborate with Bangalore Head Office to ensure
its alignment at the organisation level.
Analysis & Operationalisation of Budgets and Report
