REACH is a non-profit organisation dedicated to the fight against Tuberculosis (TB) for over two decades, with offices in Chennai and New Delhi. This position based in Chennai office for a new three year project The Tuberculosis- Unite to ACT (Amplifying Community Action for TB Eliminiation) project supported by Global Fund.

REACH currently has an Finance and Admin Officer position located in Delhi. The Finance and Admin officer will be primarily responsible for day-to-day accounting and administrative work and will provide administrative and HR related support to the project team.

Specific responsibilities will include to:

• Responsible for managing administrative aspects of the National Programme Management Unit / Sub -sub-recipeient partner.
• Ensure adherence to organization policies and procedure
• Oversee office administration and ensure smooth administrative functioning of NPMU
• Safekeeping and proper filing of all HR and admin related documents
• Maintenace of various administrative register and documents
• Logistic support including supervision for travel of staff for implementation of project activities, as well as attending meetings and workshops.
• Ensure effective and optimum utilization of the funds and budgets (value for money)
• Managing of vendor empanelments, all procurments and ensuring adherence to organizational and donor policies
• Ensure timely renewal for vendor empanelment contracts
• Asset management which includes ensuring assets safekeeping (including insurance coverage) and maintaining / updating fixed asset and inventory register
• Maintaining stock and asset register and updating timely.
• Travel to project implementation locations and other places based on the requirements.
• Provide necessary logistics support during donor and stakeholder visits, for various meetings/training and for travel undertaken by core team members, field based staff and other stakeholders.
• Follow procedures pertaining to logistics assistance and ensure required documentation
• Maintenace of petty cash and cash register for the project
• Maitaining of staff attendance registers, leave records, Time sheet etc.
• Perform other duties as required by project / organization from time to time

Qualifications, Experience and competencies required:

• Graduate in Commerce / Administration or Business Administration from a reputed institution, with minimum 4-5 years of work experience in non-profit sector.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Able to work with the team with diversity
• Good documentation skills
• Efficient in solving problems
• Demonstrated expertise in MS Office especially MS word and MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to multi-task and perform under deadline
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent oral and written Communication skills in English and working knowedge in Hindi
• Demonstrate a high degree of honesty and integrity.
