About the Organization:

Smile Foundation works for the welfare of children and their families through intensive programmes focused on education, healthcare, livelihood and women empowerment. Started in 2002 by a group of young corporate professionals, today we have evolved into a national level development organization with project presence in 25 states across India, 10 offices in strategic locations and over 400 employees, besides countless volunteers, well-wishers and supporters

Responsibilities:

  • Good analytical, report writing & presentation skills.

  • Check, verify & reconciliation of bills received from vendors, students, employees and put up for further approvals.

  • Ensuring timely reimbursement to students & employees. Analysing the expenditure and prepare periodical reports in coordinating with HO Finance.

  • Represent Smile in Finance relegated meeting with the donor.

  • Ensuring timely reimbursement of fees & allowances.

  • Liaisons and networking with vendors.

  • Proficiency in spoken and written English.

  • Strong written & oral communication skills.

  • Good learning attitude and participation in approach.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.

  • Should be live in Mumbai.

Desired profile of the candidate:

  • Graduate in commerce or equivalent from a premier institute or university, with minimum of 5 years of experience in financial and project management.

  • Experience in budgeting, implementation and reporting for project with reputed national & international NGO's.

  • Excellent computer skills with strong command of MS office applications (i.e. word, PowerPoint, excel, etc.
