Mithila Gram Vikas Parishad is a non-profit
working towards ending hunger and poverty of most vulnerable
families through Bihar sustainable livelihood development project
with our Global Partner Heifer International India. We are
currently working with more than 10000 poor women families in the
form of SHGs from the most backward and deprived 4 blocks of
Darbhanga districts. These women are actively involved in goat
rearing and agricultural practicesnad have formed their own FPO
named KFCL (Kamla farmers Producer Company Limited),
Ghanshyampur,Darbhanga in feb. 2016 mainly involved in goat
farming and agricultural produce business.

Function: This position is for the FPO to facilitate overall
market linkage, build productive relationship with stakeholders,
capacity building of the team, mentoring of FPO’s Board of
Directors, fulfilling statutory obligations, and plan for making

Education and/or Experience:
