Key Responsibilities

  • As a Project Manager - Global Public Affairs and Sustainability, your key responsibilities are driving key reporting processes within environmental data, conducting life cycle assessments, forecasting environmental metrics and performance, maintaining IT system and ensure quality assurance.

  • You will conduct Life Cycle Assessments (Main Focus), driving LCA projects and engage with key stakeholders, support the use of LCA in decision making processes across Novo Nordisk, collect data, updating and develop models, update and develop reports, having reports certified by third party, collection of LCA relevant data in the organisation, maintain and update the existing carbon footprint reports and prepare new when needed, perform calculations in GABI and Excel, follow methodological development within LCA and analyse potential implications for Novo Nordisk.

  • You will forecast environmental metrics and performance, estimate environmental metrics based on best available data sources within e.g. CO2 emissions, waste, use of chemicals, etc. You will forecast Novo Nordisk’s performance within environmental metrics

Qualifications:

  • You need to have the below knowledge and skills

  • Academic degree (MSc, MA or similar) within environmental engineering or natural science

  • Training & education in project and production management

  • Formal training (courses or on-the-job) in project management and/or production management

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in an international business environment

  • Experience life cycle assessment and application of this in business
