Role Details

  • Reports to: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

  • Responsible for: The HOPS is primarily responsible for providing support to the operations of BI. The HOPS’s responsibilities encompass managing and supervising departments of External Affairs (EA), Funds & Communication (FC), People & Learning (PL) and Human Resources & Administration (HRA). This would include budget, planning, staffing, provide direction, mentoring to department heads and their teams.  

  • As a member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), HOPS in addition to their primary role, will contribute in the strategic decision making of the organisation and be an advisor in the BI Senior Management Team (SMT).

  • Location: Based in the BI Head Office at NOIDA, Uttar Pradesh (Delhi NCR) with 50% travel within the country to ensure programmatic support to Brooke India EWPs and occasional wider international travel.
