Position: India Senior Manager

Location: Bangalore, India

 

The Ethical Trading Initiative (ETI) is a ground-breaking alliance of companies, trade unions and voluntary organisations working together to improve the lives of workers in international supply chains.

 

An exciting opportunity has arisen for India Senior Manager role to represent the organisation as required in India and to lead ETI’s activity by establishing, implementing, monitoring and reviewing appropriate processes of project management, including activity tracking, quality assurance, programme risk oversight, and financial management.

 

We are seeking someone who can engage with both local representatives of ETI's membership and local organisations to deliver change with respect to International Labour standards for vulnerable workers. 

 

The ideal candidate should have expertise in the application of Human Rights Due Diligence in the business context and also expertise in International Labour Standards and related development issues at broad concept level as well as specific project level.

 

We are also looking for someone with experience working in or with the apparel and textiles sector from a corporate, Trade Union or NGO perspective and experience of providing leadership for collective action among diverse stakeholders.

 

This is a full-time post with a salary of between INR 3,000,000-INR 4,320,000 annually including benefits at CTC
