A cover letter (max 2 pages) outlining understanding of the scope and activities, motivation to undertake it and demonstrating fit for the assignment.

A pitch note on communications & advocacy ideas for YuWaah (Presentation with not more than 5 slides).

The technical evaluation criteria (70 points in total) will be split as follows:

  • Educational Qualification -10 Marks

  • Relevant Experience -15 Marks

  • Technical knowledge and skills -20 Marks

Overall cut-off marks is 36. The candidates who score 36 marks and above will be considered technically responsive and will be shortlisted for the interview

  • Interview (minimum score 20 for qualifying)-25 Marks

Total technical score -70 Marks

  • Financial Proposal-30 Marks

Total technical and financial score -100 Marks


Candidates who score the minimum 56 marks out of 70 and also meet the minimum cut-off in the interview, will be considered technically qualified and their financial offers will be opened

  • The candidate receiving maximum score after combining their Technical and Financial score will be selected for the consultancy.

  • Any attempt to unduly influence UNICEF's selection process will lead to automatic disqualification of the applicant.

  • Joint applications of two or more individuals are not accepted.
