Job Description for Lead Capacity Building – Education

School education today is facing unprecedented challenges brought on by the pandemic and school closures, and also with the release of the New Education Policy. This has necessitated the need to bring about rapid and groundbreaking changes in the structures and practices of the education space. Urban/ rural, educated/ uneducated, rich/poor, abled/ differently abled…all sections of the population have been affected by the lack of appropriate learning opportunities during school closures and the inadequate knowledge regarding the utilization of appropriate means to ensure remote learning. However, change is happening and state governments are gradually coming to terms with the situation. All they need is a supportive social sector to bolster their efforts to meet the new challenges. An organization like SMF is doing just that through well researched and innovative educational programs for government schools. We can do with a little bit of help and support.

Are you passionate about developing training modules/guides, designing training sessions, managing training operations and delivering trainings both online and offline, to government teachers/government officials/implementation partners? Are you excited about exploring and utilizing digital tools of learning to reach the last mile teacher and student? Do you believe that you can change someone’s life? Are you ready to take on the huge responsibility of a change maker? If so, get in touch with us.
