Function: Human Resource & Employee Engagement
Reporting to Manager HR & Engage

Location Mumbai

Objective / Purpose of the job

Lead HR function for Cipla Foundation (CF) & Cipla Palliative Care & Training Centre ( CPC), Pune.
Support CF Management with robust talent pipeline & HR Strategy function in line with foundation’s vision and mission. Profile also includes searching talents, interviewing, onboarding staff, administering pay, benefits, leave, & enforcing Foundation’s policies and practices. The team member will also work closely with Cipla HR teams across different function and geographies

Key Activities / Accountabilities
•Deliver HR support to the organization to achieve the strategic objectives
•Review the workforce plan for talent pipeline requirements in line with the function & managing complete ELC for employees across.
•Manage KPI’s and their related talent implications with HODs
•Manage compliance and employee welfare to make the workplace environment conducive to work
•Implement Employee Engagement initiatives through volunteering, across regions to create an engaged workforce
•Support L&D team to identify and drive L&D interventions in the relevant areas.
•Support any specific OD / change management initiatives ensuring that they provide a value adding service in all change management initiatives.

Candidate Profile:
•Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities while using sound judgment, initiative, discretion, and a proactive approach to work.
•Excellent Communication Skills
•Excellent Computer skills (MS Office)
•Team Player

Essential Educational, Experience Qualification

Educational Qualification:
Graduate with Specialization in HR.
•Post-Graduation – MBA / Diploma in Management Studies from a reputed Institute/University is a must
•Prior working with an NGO or Corporate Foundation will be an advantage
•Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRMIS and talent management systems.
•Fluency in languages – Marathi will be an advantage along with English & Hindi
