Job Summary

The LEIwill work with the Senior Program Manager (SPM) and support monitoring evaluation and documentation of the Nutrition Project (Prabhat Poshan Saathis). The project is being implemented in at three locations, Chhindwara, Sumerpur and Hosur in Madhya Pradesh, Utter Pradesh, and Tamil Nadu, respectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Project Management

  • Support SPM in project implementation and monitoring and evaluation.

  • Assist LEIO Director for Baseline, Midline and End line of the project.

Monitoring and Evaluation (M & E)

  • Develop logical framework and strengthening of M&E systems which will help achieve the agreed project targets.

  • Maintain all data tracking project indicators and alert/update field staff time to time.

  • Develop and monitor robust systems for tracking of project targets.

  • Make data analysis and reporting, including data available at government sources/facilities.

  • Support in undertaking project baseline, midline and end line.

Documentation and Communication

  • Maintain all project tracking sheet (data sheets) to update the field data in a regular basis.

  • Coordinate the field staff, validate the field data, and project indicators.

  • Make clear communications with SPM and keep updating the relevant field activities of the project site.

  • Develop communication products related to the project – including case studies, field photography, social media engagement, audio-visuals etc.

  • Undertake process documentation of the project.

Work any other task or role, as desired by the Senior Program Manager and other team members of AIF.

Eligibility and Qualifications:

  • Masters,Social Sciences, Management, or related field. Experience of working in maternal and child health interventionswill be an added advantage.

  • Minimum of three years of experience of Public Health programs.

  • Competencewritten communication inEnglish.

  • Comprehensive and in-depth knowledge of public health data sources and system.

  • Proficiency in MS Office.

  • Strong IT skill and advance excel. 

  • Minimum three year of commitment to the project and organization.

Reporting: The position will report to Sr. State Program Manager – Madhya Pradesh

Other: Salary commensurate with experience.
