To lead Oxfam India’s Media and PR strategy and
contribute to the implementation of the advocacy & influencing
strategy for Oxfam India based on the organizational goals and
drive it externally and internally.
Media and PR
Manager need to be both proactive and reactive in generating
appropriate coverage, managing media work on strategy development,
advocacy, influencing and campaigns while also being ready to
cover the full range of Oxfam India’s work.

Minimum 10-12 years of experience working in the Media/PR field
and significant experience of working with NGOs/development sector
will be an added plus.

articulation skills, awareness of political sensitivities.
Knowledge of above the line and below the line communication
• Knowledge of print production, audio-visual
production, voice recording.
• Ability to think creatively
coupled with excellent writing skills.
• Fluency in
English and Hindi is a must
