the ambit of Plan India’s Safeguarding Policy & Gender
Equality Policies. She /He will also be govern by the service
rules of Plan India.
Summary of the Overall Job
position will directly work under the guidance and supervision of
SPM – W & C. The incumbent is expected to work along with
Lead Trainers, Counsellors, Case workers, Social workers to
accomplish the tasks related to the specific survivors of GBV and
in doing so guide, support and handhold all the project staff as
the master trainer of the project Sarthak. The main goal of the
role is the capacity building on gender equality and GBV to ensure
that the project staff and volunteers treat women, girls, men,
boys with different needs and experiences, especially the poor and
most vulnerable, with equal level of respect, and involve them in
their activities. It is expected that the anticipated training
participants do not have any GBV related background. For this,
Consultant will conduct GE/GBV capacity assessment of the
audience. The training should provide the staff and volunteers
with the information and skills to identify risks of GBV and to
respond to reported situations or refer cases to specialized
services, using referral pathways. Also, through this role,
project staff will enhance their capacity to effectively implement
the project. This role will also engage with the schools and
colleges to provide them orientation on the GBV for larger impact
of the project. The role will also liaise with other agencies to

Education & Experience
-Master Degree in Law,

Mumbai region / Maharashtra.
