Health is seeking an energetic and experienced Monitoring,
Evaluation, Research & Learning Specialist as we bring
high-quality medical products and services to low-resource
environments around the world. You will develop and execute
strategies for measuring the impact of Equalize Health’s
tele-mentoring program, then share what we’ve learned with the
goal of continuous improvement internally and throughout the
sector. You will be key to our learning from, improving, and
expanding our program and organization. Your role requires strong
communication and critical thinking skills, creativity, and
judgment, as well as experience evaluating training programs and
the ability to work well on a geographically dispersed team.
plans to rapidly scale the reach and impact of its tele-mentoring
program currently serving health care workers (doctors, nurses,
biomedical engineers, et al.) in India and East Africa. You will
monitor, measure and document the impact of individual
telemonitoring courses and the program as a whole by:
