North 24 Parganas), Kolkata, East Medinipur and Alipurduar
District of West Bengal, India.

Nurses will be
responsible to ensure the following:
privacy and dignity of clients.
• Timely attend in
outpatient dept. in the health centre
• Support in Family
Planning Fix Day Services management by implementing 9 steps
• Ensure Readiness of Operation Theatre in line with
MSI and GoI guidelines– cleanliness, segregation of sterile and
unsterile areas, organizing of instruments and other supplies,
appropriate positioning of OT table, availability of waste
containers, OT attire etc.
• Supportive supervision of
Infection Prevention practices of team members of service provider
in accordance with GOI/ MSI protocols.
• Prepare and
monitor Medical Emergency Management set up.
Proper screening, pre-procedure assessment, per vaginal
examination, administering anaesthesia, carrying out clinical
procedures, manipulating uterus when required, providing
post-operative monitoring, and providing post-operative
instructions to clients.
• Safe handling of laparoscopes
and other equipment.
• Pre- and post-operative care of the
• Provide training and support to OT assistant
(a) Ensuring availability of all equipment, light,
sterile supplies, disinfectants and other materials required for
providing FP / Eye care services.
(b) Autoclaving of sterile
(c) Preparation of bleach solution, setting up hand
washing facility and surgical attire.
Lesioning and Collaboration:
