Position: People Analytics Lead

What You'll Do:

  • As a People Analytics Lead Analyst, you’ll support evidenced-based decision making. You’ll provide analytical input to support the GAMMA people management process.

  • You’ll add a quantitative perspective to discussions on new and existing HR processes and procedures.

  • You will use data, research and analytical insights whilst working with internal clients to help us improve processes, build data sets and solve people related challenges, to provide thought leadership on the complete cycle of talent analytics, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to managing attrition.

  • You will also be responsible for mentoring and training junior team members.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree, preferably in an engineering or other technology-related fields, with high academic achievement required; advanced degree preferred

  • 6-8+ year’s applicable analysis and/or reporting experience in a professional environment.

  • Hands-on expertise in Excel, and other ETL tools. Handling complex data structures is mandatory

  • Strong experience with basic automation using Microsoft Excel and VBA or any other programming language

  • Strong experience with data manipulation platforms such as Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Alteryx and/or SQL

  • Strong experience with HR data analysis and HR domain knowledge is preferred

  • Deep interest and aptitude in data, metrics, analysis and trends

  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

  • Strong written and verbal business communication skills. Experience in directly working with clients in multicultural settings.

  • Proven experience in project scoping, expectation setting and management, timeline management, QA and seamless collaboration

  • Strong communication skills, clear and confident with the ability to deliver messages in a concise manner with strong and effective written and verbal communication
