Designation- PR & Communications Manager


Location – Delhi, Bangalore


Qualification - Bachelor's degree in journalism, public relations, economics or other relevant field


Position- 2


Experience – Minimum 2 years of experience in PR & related field


Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Developing the Doctors For You communications plan including strategy, goals and budgets on a quarterly basis

  • Creating informative and interesting press releases, press kits and newsletters on the DFY website

  • Planning and managing the design, content, and production of all DFY networking and communication materials

  • Developing media relations strategy, in print, broadcast and online media

  • Coordinating all of DFY’s public relations activities

  • Directing social media team to engage donors and other supporting partners across traditional and new media

  • Leveraging existing media relationships and cultivate new contacts across social sector

  • Managing media inquiries as and when required in consultations with the DFY senior management

  • Creating content for press releases, social media articles and updates

  • Monitoring analyzing and communicating PR results and its efficiency to the DFY Senior management on a quarterly basis

  • Evaluating opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and advertising on an on-going basis.

  • Ensuring that all materials present a clear, unified, and positive image for the organization

  • Maintaining a keen understanding of social media trends and in turn making appropriate recommendations regarding  communication strategy for Doctors For You.

  • Arranging for photography and/or press coverage for special events.

  • Performing any other duties as assigned.
