Jhpiego is hiring Program
Associate to be based out of Lucknow. S/He will be supporting the
• MSD for Mothers funded Manyata for
Mothers on “Improving Quality of care during intrapartum and
immediate postpartum period” along with external certification.
• Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation funded “Facilitating
and providing technical assistance in establishing ‘Nurse
Practitioners in Midwifery (NPM)’ and ‘Midwifery-led Care
Units’ (MLCU) to transform maternal and neonatal health care in
• Serve as a
key contact for all types of programmatic assistance to the
assigned programs and supervisor.
• Assist in preparing
correspondence, documents as well as training material such as
manuals and audiovisual aids.
• Assist in development of
finished materials including selection of vendor, coordination
with the program team for selecting designs, printing, dispatching
and other related activities.
• Coordinate and ensure
proper documentation for hiring of consultants for the assigned
• Provide support to program team to ensure
timely completion of all planned activities as per the project
• Handle procurement of program related
material including training models, books, and manuals as per
• Assist communications team in

• Review and maintain stock
inventory of training material periodically.

• Experience in working
with the development sector/ INGOs would be preferred.
