World Health Partners (WHP) is a non-profit organization mandated to deliver holistic healthcare to underserved communities by innovatively leveraging available resources more efficiently. Evidence-based management and technological solutions that are sophisticated to work in extremely low-resource settings are the hallmarks of WHP’s programming strategy. WHP believes that it is unconscionable to divide resources on ideological basis—such as public and private sectors—since low resource settings mandate a focus on collectivizing all existing resources to achieve better outcomes. WHP currently operates its projects in Bihar, Punjab, West Bengal, Gujarat, and Jharkhand.


WHP is implementing a 4 year project addressing diagnostic and treatment challenges in tuberculosis (TB) care. “Closing The Gaps in TB Care Cascade” is a project funded by The United States Agency for International Development’s (USAID). The project’s core strategy is to implement interventions along the entire patient care pathway to improve patient outcomes and reduce TB transmission and incidence.


WHP is looking for the position of Program Coordinator- Quality Improvement


Roles & Responsibilities: 

  • Assist in the development of protocols for diverse workstreams in coordination with state and central teams

  • Conduct routine review of program data to identify gaps and recommend quality improvement (QI) initiatives

  • Coordinate with M&E team to develop an analytical framework and learning loops for each workstream

  • Coordinate process documentation efforts across various workstreams to identify major drivers of program impact

  • Identify key research priorities based on programmatic learnings

  • Assist in the development of project intervention protocols and survey tools

  • Assist in conducting virtual focus groups with field staff

  • Coordinate with MIS teams to ensure data quality

  • Assist in integrating both quantitative and qualitative information for coherent narratives

  • Travel across field sites as per requirement

  • Assist in preparing dissemination content and intervention reports for a variety of stakeholders

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

  • Academic background (master’s/doctorate degree) in public health

  • 5+ years of experience with project management including management of multiple workstreams

  • Better understading of policy and service delivery provisions under NTEP

  • Excellent analytical thinking and data analysis skills; high level of proficiency working with all forms of data

  • Ability to work with interdisciplinary teams; think strategically and handle ambiguity in fast-paced operational environment

  • Experience overseeing projects independently with minimal supervision

  • Strong time management and prioritization with self-motivation

  • Excellent writing and communication skills (written, verbal, and visual presentation) with the ability to synthesize ideas and provide recommendations

  • Experience in report-writing and/or contribution to publications
