About the program:
is working as a part of consortium led by Humana People to People
India (HPPI) to implement the project for TB Intervention among
Difficult-to-reach Migratory Population. We aim to demonstrate
sustainable and context specific models of quality TB care
provision for migrant and mobile population in Delhi, Hyderabad,
Mumbai Kolkata & Chennai by leveraging local health system,
fostering multi-sectoral linkages, and leveraging appropriate

Role & responsibilities:

• Provide technical
support in close collaboration with State TB Cell, City TB Office,
WHO medical consultant and Humana for project implementation.
Work closely with cluster level team in providing required
services such as enumeration, screening, and treatment of target
• Liaison with City and State TB officers and
health facility MO I/C for ensuring regular and uninterrupted TB
care services for vulnerable population.

support in establishing a city specific TB care model.

Analyse data for both learning and reporting purposes and provide
project staff and its stakeholders with evidence-based feedback
(regarding programming strengths and gaps) on a regular basis.
Work with a high degree of autonomy and independence in line with
project goals and objectives.
Required skills &
• MPH/MHA/MSW from a reputed university
or Higher-level qualification, preferably in public health or in
another relevant field such as doctor.
• Advanced degree
and/or training in public health.
• 3-4+ years of
progressively responsible in the design and/or delivery of public
health programs and research with a preference for experience in
working on TB Program in India.
• The candidates must be
self-starters and committed to performing their duties with
minimal direct and day-to-day supervision.
