JOB TITLE – Project Coordinator 


Job Location – We are looking for a candidate who is flexible to commute at the following two locations – New Delhi (Delhi) and Gurgaon (Haryana).


Roles and Responsibilities -      

  • Co-ordinate with the manager and programs team and overlook designated projects. 

  • Responsible for day to day activity reporting along with maintaining MIS for the designated project. 

  • Ensure implementation of the project activities on site in coherence with the budget. 

  • Creation of IEC material as and when needed during the project implementation stages. 

  • Creation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for the projects.

  • Write proposals when needed as per the requirement of the organisation. 

What are we looking for – 


Someone who is willing to detail oriented and is passionate towards social sector. 


Must Have Skills – 

  • A graduate/master’s degree in MSW/development studies/similar courses. 

  • Strong communication skills. 

  • Organizational skills, including an ability to work independently and take initiative.

  • Excellent computer skills (MS Power Point, MS Word and Excel)

  • Management Skills

  • Budget skills

  • Reporting skills

  • Good Monitoring and Evaluation skills

  • Accountability Skills

  • Coordination Skills

  • Good analytical skills and attention to detail

  • Flexible, highly motivated self-starter

Probation – Two months


Salary Compensation – 


 Monetary compensation up to 25,000 to 30,000 per month (Non-negotiable)
