Qualification and Experience
degree or equivalent in relevant fields: including management,
statistics, economics, social sciences and public policy
- national and international experience in the social sector
particularly in education, health, social welfare, gender, youth
development and livelihoods.
conversant with the process of evaluation of proposals by
Government and funding agencies.
research skills and the ability to evaluate complex qualitative
and quantitative data, craft possible solutions, and recommend
essentials: Excellent Knowledge in various domains of government
working with international funding organizations is a must
report / proposal drafting skills, excellent networking ability,
client management skills, people management skills
to work exclusively and proactively, without upkeep staff and
with little supervision
