The Regional Manager- is
a mid-management level position in the organization. The position
will be responsible for ensuring overall technical and
programmatic quality and growth of programs focused on mental
health within the RMNCHA context, mainly under the guidance and
support of Deputy Director and Senior Management Team members.
Mental Health Programmes with focus on Adolescent/Youth, Maternal
and Child Health and Geriatrics.
• Developing Psychological
Assessment Tools and appropriate IEC Materials.
Conducting Trainings related to Mental Health Issues.
Developing Measurement Indicators for the Maternal Health
• Report Writing and Documentation.
Support in developing publication in peer review journals.
Developing new proposal and concepts.
must be a Post Graduate/PhD in Mental Health/ Clinical
Psychology/Public Health Management or a Medical Graduate with
specialization in Mental Health. Minimum 5-7 years of progressive
