The Regional Manager- is a
mid-management level position in the organization. The position
will be responsible for ensuring overall technical and
programmatic quality and growth of programs focused on Mental
Health within the RMNCHA context, mainly under the guidance and
support of Assistant Director/Deputy Director and Senior
Management Team members.
Implementing Mental Health Programmes with focus on
Adolescent/Youth, Maternal and Child Health and Geriatrics.
Developing Psychological Assessment Tools and appropriate IEC
• Conducting Trainings related to Mental Health
• Developing Measurement Indicators for the
Maternal Health Programme in Mental Health back drop.
Report Writing and Documentation.
• Support in developing
publication in peer review journals.
• Developing new
proposal and concepts.
must be a Post Graduate/PhD/ Clinical Psychology/Public Health
Management or a Medical Graduate with specialization in Mental
Health. Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in the areas
of Mental Health in either Community Context or Systems
