/ Essential Functions:
the partnership’s in-country day-to day activities in
coordination with the Resonance home office and the local PepsiCo
the mid-level agricultural and gender specialist, M&E staff,
and other staff, consultants, or subcontractors, as requested.
with the project’s Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL)
staff to carry out monitoring and evaluation efforts as needed
including data collection.
the design and review of the annual work plan and milestones in
collaboration with the Resonance, USAID, and PepsiCo teams.
Resonance with quarterly inputs for project reporting.
and speak at relevant domestic events on the topics of
sustainable agriculture and women’s economic empowerment.
project communications to appropriate audiences (public, private,
and NGO stakeholders) within the country.
in program meetings with other country teams to discuss shared
learnings and challenges.
as the point of contact for USAID Mission contacts and high-level
public and private stakeholders, as requested.
out other duties as requested by the Chief of Party.
Education & Experience:
degree in agronomy, economics, or a related field in agriculture
or social sciences such as rural sociology or rural development.
least 7 years of prior work experience in the management and
implementation of development projects or work directly with
private sector agricultural actors. Extensive knowledge of
India’s agricultural sector is required.
interpersonal and communication skills.
experience working with USAID, a USAID client/implementer, or a
professional fluency in English and Hindi.
