Director (POQL) shall be responsible for technical
excellence of programming across Habitat India’s
portfolio. S/he shall oversee and work with the thematic
program teams, to ensure high quality program development
and implementation. S/he will play a critical role in
taking forward the Habitat India’s Strategic Programming
Framework, technical interventions and overallprogramming
