Position: Senior Human Resource Business Partner

Accountabilities, responsibilities and main duties:

Consultancy, analysis & problem-solving

  • Applies advanced knowledge of Human Resources Management to solve a range of complex business issues across the organisation.

  • Provides a consultative approach and solutions to the delivery areas around workforce planning, talent and people management, capability development and employee life cycle.

  • Devises non-standard or bespoke analytical approaches to understand complex problems and enable informed business-planning, decision-making and/or the development of new or improved policies and practice

Service improvement

  • Influences partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service that reflects the business objectives of the organization leading to enhanced employee engagement and ultimately improved productivity and performance.

  • Supports the business leaders on workforce planning and successful recruitment of potential talents that will further drive the achievement of business objectives.

  • Manages effective communication and collaboration of HRBPs with the delivery teams.

Functional expertise

  • Identifyies and diagnoses business supply and demand for HR. It may also involve consulting with the wider HR team and identifying HR solutions and services that can be implemented to support the business agenda.

  • Drives consistency of approach across delivery teams in attracting, managing and developing talent to support current and future organisational needs.

  • Advises and supports senior managers on people requirements, including organisation design, talent and people change implementation.

Relationship & stakeholder management

  • Influence other HR colleagues to align and enhance integrated services that would achieve the business goals/vision.

  • Manages the relationship with relevant CoE resources to ensure consistent use of frameworks and processes.

  • Engages with business stakeholders to ensure appropriate application and utilization of CoE and other HR services

  • Develops peer/personal networks within and outside the BC to enhance own knowledge and expertise.

Leadership & management

  • Provides leadership and guidance to the HRBPs to ensure that effective HR services, consultation and support is provided to business.

  • Provides HR and talent input to the development of business strategy for the organisation.

  • Works in partnership with business management to identify the people implications of strategic and business growth plans across defined organizational areas.

Specific Knowledge & Experience

Minimum:

  • HR BP experience in a commercial, managing diverse teams in a matrix and international environment

  • Proven experience of building effective relationships with senior business leadership teams

  • Managing a range of complex internal and external stakeholders
