Position: Senior Project Administrator

Responsibilities:

Supervise PADMs:

  • Supervise the Team assigned

  • Train PADMs on PATH policies and procedures, PATH systems, Business World and

  • SalesForce to ensure operational activities complied.

  • Provide guidance on local laws as applicable

  • As necessary, provides financial and administrative support to complex cost proposals and awards either being large in budget or multiple projects

Award Management:

  • Lead award management projects and work closely with program teams.

  • Assist in developing, negotiating, and managing project subordinate agreements (Contracts, sub-agreements, and consultant agreements).

  • Support program team in developing budgets for new opportunities/proposals.

  • Coordinate with Office of Grants & Contracts and Legal Affairs as required.

  • Review and upload deliverables from subgrantees to SalesForce.

Sub-recipient Monitoring and Tracking:

  • Establish and execute Sub-Recipient Monitoring processes, SOPs, in PATH India.

  • Provide guidance and support to PADMs & program teams on CBO selection, due diligence, and monitoring, applicable labor laws, tax compliances, etc.

  • Verify expenses of sub-recipient against the budget awarded

  • Ensure efficient burn rates and conduct variance analysis for sub recipients’ project Expenses

Other Activities:

  • Participate in the Grant Committee to ensure programs are compliant and aligned with Policies and procedures

  • Participate in the Procurement Committee

  • Oversee financial reporting as and when necessary

Education / Experience:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Qualified CA/MBA degree in finance or accounting

  • A minimum of twelve years of professional experience in the management of Grants and Awards in a non-profit organization.
