by Bajaj family to commemorate the great work of Shri. Jamnalalji
Bajaj. We are engaged in various need based rural developmental
programmes like Water Resource Development and Management,
Sustainable Agriculture (natural farming), Renewable Energy,
Village Institutions, strengthening village institutions, Women
empowerment etc. in Wardha district of Maharashtra.

/ M.Com / CA (Intermediate) / ICWA with prior work experience of
minimum 3-5 years in a small / mid-sized organization
certification as Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public
Accountant (CPA), Chartered Institute of Management Accountants
(CIMA), or Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA)
is an advantage.
in basic concepts of accounting and book-keeping.
to details for review of Statutory records, Policy documents,
audited financial statements, Reports from grantee organisations.
to identify and triangulate information for budget validation.
verbal, written and analytical skills
to review / process simultaneously vis-à-vis sequence / complete
one task within stipulated time.
the accounting systems with higher slandered of reporting system
and monitor financial and administrative operations of Bajaj
Foundation and other related programs implemented through KJBF
annual budgets and periodic budget forecasts and expenditure
estimates of Bajaj Foundation and programs
with various Bajaj Foundation programmes teams for day-to-day
financial analysis, validation, and review of proposed programme
operational compliance with policies, procedures and regulations
of actual fund utilization and its reporting
the entire procurement process in compliance with procurement
monthly financial statements (balance sheet, revenue statement
and cash flows) and effectively convey analysis to the programme
person, Regional Programme Manager, President CSR and trustees.
and sustain linkages with the stakeholders, including banks,
vendors, suppliers, service providers etc.
update workflow at the grant (uploading documents reviewed,
information analysed etc.)
and monitor recoveries/revenues account (utility cost, farm
recoveries, farm produce sell-off, vehicle recoveries)
working / updating / revising the guiding documents on various
internal processes for instance, validation of grant budget
proposal, fund disbursement on approval of grant and during the
procurement, supplies and services agreements
to inquiries related to finance and accounting, budgets, payment
disbursement, project expenditure, grant reporting etc.
consolidation of information across various projects periodic
analysis, internal MIS of approved grants within / across
portfolio’s as relevant.
level validation of the bills and physical activities
of financial rules, regulations and good practices.
interpersonal and intercultural skills.
ability to maintain accuracy and confidentiality in performing
to work under pressure and with minimum supervision.
literacy including MS Office applications such as Word, Excel
experience using SAP module is an advantage.
knowledge of accounting principles and practices
