Position: Sr Program Coordinator - Health

Location: Meghalaya, Manipur and Odisha

Positions: 3(Nos.)

Reports to: Program Manager- Health

Starting date: Immediately

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Overall coordination on implementation of health projects in the state
• Coordination or networking with different stakeholders including Government and Non-Government partners for the smooth implementation of the project
• Health and Energy Assessment/site assessment for the finalisation of site
• Coordination with vendors for timely completion of the project
• Coordination of capacity building programs for the different stakeholders as part of the project implementation
• Regular site visits to ensure onsite monitoring of the project
• Facilitating periodic data collection related to the project
• Prepare and share the project progress report with the central health team
• Support central knowledge/outreach team to develop case studies/ impact documentation/process documentation etc

Experience, core competencies and requirements:

• Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in Health/Public health / Social science with a minimum of 3 to 6 years of experience in related field.
• Experience in partnership building and have hands-on experience in working with Government departments
• Willingness to travel across rural/tribal areas and knowledge of spoken Local Language/Hindi (optional)in addition to good command over written and spoken English.
• One- or two-years’ experience in program management and co-ordination
