REPORTS TO: Head

Leader is a salaried staff of ACCESS Development Services to be
posted at Kantabania, Dhenkanal to implement Women Empowerment and
Entrepreneurship Project (WEE) supported by Tata Steel Foundation
under its CSR initiatives. It is a livelihood finance project for
three years to bring improvements in the alternate livelihood
pattern of 2000 households through enterprise creations in 12
villages of Dhenkanal and Angul district. S/he shall report to the
State head, ACCESS Development Services and is overall responsible
to manage the micro-Finance and Livelihood portfolio of the
Project. The Team Leader will manage the day to day operations of
the micro finance and Livelihood program across the operational
villages of the Project.
The Team Leader will manage
diverse set of relationship with external institutions-technical &
financial and government agencies, in order to meet the purpose
and goal of the project and responsible for achieving all the
deliverables. S/he would represent the Project on behalf of ACCESS
Development Services in different forums and develop strategies
for creating more enabling mF and Livelihood environment in the
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (determine key

achieving the overall project deliverables in microfinance and

successful implementation and monitoring of microfinance and
livelihood programs as per the strategies and guidelines.
S/he will be responsible for effective utilization of Budget in
the schedule time frame.

general management and administration of the Project Office.
S/he will be responsible for organizing regular planning and
review meeting of the project and cooperative.

be responsible for ensuring institutional and financial
sustainability of the cooperative

for Introducing innovative marketing systems for SHG products.
S/he will be responsible for leveraging government
schemes/subsidies/programs related to agriculture and livestock
9. Leveraging subsidies/grants of horticulture
and agriculture schemes for grounding demonstrations
Establishing tie ups of the Cooperative with one insurance company
and a formal financial institution.
11. S/He will be
responsible for tracking the loan portfolio and generate accurate
information of the Cooperative.
12. S/ he will assist the
cooperative in financial planning, estimation of loan demand &
overall portfolio management.
13. S/ he will assist the
cooperative in preparation of Business Development Plan.
S/ he will be responsible for developing RLF policy for the

staff on loan appraisal, critical loan processing, delinquency
