will be a seasoned FPO sector leader with deep domain knowledge in

will provide strategic and operational leadership to the program

execution of the program.

practices. S/He will oversee the implementation across multiple
districts and manage a team of Project Managers who will be
directly in-charge of different pilots.
Job Functions Key Responsibilities
Leadership in Program design and implementation, team
recruitment, develop and manage partnerships, research and day to
day operations monitoring and stakeholder engagements. .

anticipate long term challenges and trends to develop appropriate

to FPO strengthening, Digital Agriculture and Market linkage and

limited to a Risk Management Plan, Partner Engagement Plan,
Grants Compliance & Legal Agreement Plan, Communication Plan,
Project Schedules and an M&E Plan.
regular weekly project updates with key team members and/or
stakeholders to ensure relevant stakeholders are updated on all
relevant details of the project. Updates on high risk events
should happen immediately. Conduct kickoff meetings for each new
project with both internal teams and partner teams.

Manage internal budget review process on a monthly basis and
field team to ensure Organizational objectives are met; educate
and encourage team for skill up gradation and track teams
with institutions to spread awareness within FPOs on importance
of price risk management
as a bridge between FPOs and financial institutions whenever
leadership and expertise in designing and deploying strategies to
work with agriculture market ecosystem institutions; individuals
and Farmer Producer Organizations (Company formed by group of
Farmers) for promoting price risk management
Assist FPOs forging market linkages for fair price realization
corporate image in terms of security and trust, provide strategic
and leadership guidance to the program and partner team members.
connect with relevant State and central Govt. institutions for
policy discussions; building awareness for the Price Discovery &
Price Risk Management amongst relevant stakeholders
the GF innovation process to the workstreams, including
identifying key research questions, deploying innovative research
subject matter expertise on industry and technology trends and
opportunities to leverage FPO for the underserved communities
as primary contact for the partner FPOs
recognize and address concerns/issues and use established
communication protocols to maintain an open, transparent and
reporting documentation and lead regular stakeholder discussions
with partners, including but not limited to Monthly Updates and
Quarterly Reports. Ensure partners are involved throughout the
process to create shared ownership of deliverables.
donor reporting in compliance with grant terms well thought out
content for the institutional relations team to finalize and
participate in internal Knowledge Exchange to share lessons
learned and key findings of project with external stakeholders
(industry conferences, blogs, case studies, etc.) and support
other GF representatives in internal and external communication.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
commitment to eradication of poverty and alignment with Grameen
project management skills with proven track record of achievement
under challenging situations and multi-stakeholder arrangements.
Managing a team of Field Project Managers who are deployed at
various project sites, providing guidance on approach, structure
& managing client expectations.
experience in India and elsewhere on FPO strengthening, Digital
Agriculture and Market linkage
to act as a representative of the project in public forums.
written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
