Responsibilities:

Technical Recruitment (70%)

  • Collaborate with the Director of Engineering to understand the needs and roles to be filled; review job descriptions for vacancies.

  • Assist with the development and revision of specifications and job descriptions for selected positions

  • Identify the most effective methods for recruiting and attracting candidates.

HR Business Partner support (30%)

  • Provide ongoing HR business partner support to the Director of Engineering as it relates to day-to-day HR administration 

  • Partner with the Global HR Director and Head, India HROD to develop a tech onboarding plan for new hires and facilitate the completion of the onboarding plan for new hires

  • Partner with the India HR team to ensure administrative issues are being addressed

  • Support staff around employee engagement-related initiatives 

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Relevant experience in HR, Recruiting, Talent Management, HR consulting, etc.

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in leading technical recruiting

  • 1-2 years of HR Business Partner experience preferred

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Prior experience in managing full cycle recruiting using online applicant tracking systems preferred
