minimum of 10 years of experience in economic inclusion programs
in APAC with extensive experience in India and a preference for
that being in financial health, financial inclusion,
microfinance, small businesses or micro-entries.
working in non-profit, corporate and policy engagement;
understanding of grant-making and ability to track record and
assess capacity of not for profit organizations.
strong understanding of CSR requirements in India, preferably in
the financial sector.
ability to think critically and strategically about program
design and implementation and to develop practical solutions
to engage with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
and on complex issues, from field workers to senior civil
servants and/or corporate/business leaders
of engaging with government and regulators.
