Term Contract (effective from the date of appointment,
co-terminus with the project duration which is till 31st
assignment will include liaising with district and block
administration, facilitating, preparation and implementation of
District Strategic Action plan for preventing child marriages,
abuse and violence against children, policies and schemes
related to preventing child marriages in the specified
districts with support from the existing service delivery
structures and key functionaries.

in partnership with ActionAid (and other CSOs) proposes to work
with the district adminstration in the 12 districts of
Rajasthan to provide technical support to strengthen systems
for adolescent programming, establish mechanisms and process
for adolescent participation and engagement, to prevent child
marriage, abuse and violence against children.

Strengthening institutional mechanisms for redressal, and

adolescents and to identify and address the structural causes
of gender-based discrimination.

ideal candidate will be a Post-Graduate in Social
Sciences/Social Work or any other connected/relevant
knowledge about and contacts with the district administration.
at least 5-8 years’ experience in coordination and liasing
with district level officials and other key stake holders,
project monitoring and evaluation, coordination/ networking
around project related issues.
sound knowledge of macro/micro political economy and
developmental issues relating to India.
have experience in networking with state, national level civil
society organisations and government agencies.
communication skills (both verbal and written) in Hindi &
sensitive and strong conviction and skills for the empowerment
of the poor and disadvantaged groups.
have good documentation skills and be proficient in basic
computer applications like Word, Excel and Power Point.
to undertake travel as per the project requirements.
Starting Salary for this role would be Approximately 6 Lakhs
annual CTO (Cost to organization). This cost to the
organization (CTO) will include employers’ PF contribution,
